  • Victory Dance Foods is available in more than 350 stores across the United States.

  • Our bakery facility — where we run our entire operation — is located on the Near West Side of Chicago, IL. While we don’t have a storefront, you can purchase our granola right here on our website or from one of our retail partners

Product Questions

  • Yes and yes! Everything we make is certified gluten free and made and packaged in our 100% dedicated gluten-free facility. Ensuring that all our products are entirely gluten free and safe for those with Celiac Disease is one of the reasons we started this company. Maddie one of our founders has Celiac Disease so providing safe gluten-free certified products is of paramount importance to us.

    In 2018 we pursued gluten-free certification and our products have been Gluten Free Certified since February 7, 2019. All products we make products bear the certification mark issued by the Gluten Free Certification Organization ( GFCO), whose parent is Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). While there are other certifications organizations we chose to pursue gluten-free certification with GFCO, because it is a leader in the verification of quality, integrity and purity of gluten-free products and because it is the only certification that holds companies and products accountable through audits, random product testing and process surveillance.

  • Everything we make is made in our dedicated gluten free facility. By dedicated gluten-free we mean that no gluten in any shape or form is allowed inside our facility and that we have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure that no gluten enters our facility. We control all aspects of the baking and packaging within our facility by our highly trained team. To further mitigate the risk of gluten contamination, we do not share our facility or equipment with any other companies or brands.

    Whether or not this information is meaningful to you likely depends on whether you have Celiac Disease or how sensitive or intolerant you are to gluten and what your experience with products that state they are gluten-free but made in a facility or packaging line where products containing gluten are made.

  • We have not changed Gluten-Free Certification standards. Our products are still certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization ( GFCO), whose parent is Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). The original logo issued by the Gluten Intolerance Group, that had the letters GF inside a circle and “certified” above the circle and “gluten-free” has been replaced by a new logo. The new GFCO mark is intentionally designed to stand out from the gluten free symbols to ensure products secure consumer trust. Starting in March of 2022 all products certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group are required to carry the new GFCO mark.

  • No.. We are not a fan of GMOS and we source only NON-GMO ingredients. As a small company we have not yet pursued obtaining NON-GMO Project Verification because of financial reasons, but we hope to be able to obtain that to offer our customers further assurance in the near future.

  • All flavors of our Garden Granola® and Muesli are made with 100% vegan ingredients.

    Both flavors of Granuesli® are made using honey and therefore are not vegan. Besides honey, all other ingredients in all flavors of Granuesli® are vegan.

  • No. However the majority of ingredients we use are Organic certified and we take great pride in the high quality of our ingredients and use organic and domestically grown ingredients whenever feasible. All ingredients, as well as nutrition information per serving are listed on the back panel of every package and on each product page of our online store. Because of the limited space on product packaging some organic ingredients are designated with an asterisk.

  • Unopened packages of Victory Dance Foods Granola have a nice long shelf life of about 9 months from the date we make the granola, despite not containing any additives or preservatives. Your purchase will have a “Best By” date located on the back of each bag. You can extend the freshness up to another six months by freezing the Garden Granola®, Granuesli® or muesli in an air-tight bag or container. Once you open your packages of granola or muesli, please make sure to re-seal open packages completely and store in a cool, dark place to maintain maximum freshness.

  • Yes, they’re completely safe—and no, they won’t get you high. Hemp seed hearts (also called hulled hemp seeds) are the soft, inner part of the hemp seed. They contain no THC (the compound associated with cannabis) and are non-psychoactive and 100% legal.

    We use organic hemp seed hearts in all of our products because they’re rich in plant-based protein, omega-3s, and essential minerals. They add a light nuttiness and nutritional boost—nothing else.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 pm CST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

    We do our best to process orders quickly; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed, even for orders placed before the cut-off. During promotional periods, sales events, product launches, or high-volume weeks, processing time may extend to 1–2 business days.

    Many orders placed between 12:00–3:30 pm CST may still ship the same day when possible, but this is not guaranteed and is determined at our discretion.

    Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery speed and transit time are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or shipping slowdowns, especially during peak or holiday periods.

  • We do not fulfill orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
    Orders placed during these dates will ship on the next business day when carriers resume regular pickup and processing schedules.

    • Christmas Day — December 25

    • New Year’s Eve — December 31

    While some carriers operate limited schedules during certain holidays, pickup and processing is not guaranteed.

  • Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $50.00, calculated after all discounts are applied.
    Eligible orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, selected by us at fulfillment.

    Free shipping appears at checkout after your shipping address is entered.
    If you select another shipping method (Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Priority Mail Express, 2-Day Air, etc.) the free-shipping offer will not apply.

    Orders with upgraded shipping receive priority fulfillment.

  • We are pleased to now offer UPS 2nd Day Air and and USPS priority mail express. All shipping options and rates will populate once the shipping address is entered at checkout. Please note that there are exceptions to our fulfillment schedule during the holidays. They are posted in the section “Holiday & Non-Fulfillment Schedule.”

  • Because we make food, we can’t accept returns or exchanges—but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it. Just email us at orders@victorydancefoods.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

  • We currently ship to all states in the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time.
