Ingredients
Smoothie Base:
1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup fresh baby spinach
½ cup ice cubes
½ cup fresh pineapple, cubed
½ cup frozen organic mango chunks
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (use coconut yogurt for vegan)
3 tablespoons honey (use maple syrup or agave syrup for vegan)
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
4 teaspoons key lime juice (from 6–8 key limes or 2 regular limes)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
½ teaspoon grated lime zest (reserved)
Lime wedges
½ banana, thinly sliced
Directions
Chill two serving bowls in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes while prepping the smoothie.
Zest and juice the limes. Reserve ½ teaspoon lime zest for garnish.
In a high-speed blender, combine banana, spinach, ice, pineapple, mango, yogurt, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour smoothie into chilled bowls.
