Dietary info: Gluten-Free, Vegan Option

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
(Use vegan dark chocolate to keep the recipe fully vegan)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Fresh blueberries
(About 6 per cluster, or enough to generously top each chocolate base)

  • Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger

  • Flaky sea salt, for finishing

Instructions

  1. Prep the blueberries: Rinse and gently dry the blueberries using a clean towel or paper towels. Set aside.

  2. Prepare your tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each, until fully melted and silky smooth.

  4. Form the clusters: Spoon small circles of melted chocolate onto the parchment, spacing them a couple inches apart.

  5. Add toppings: Press a few blueberries into each chocolate pool, then sprinkle with Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger and a pinch of flaky salt.

  6. Chill: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.

  7. Serve: Peel the clusters off the parchment and enjoy! Store extras in the fridge in an airtight container.
