Chocolate Blueberry Granola Clusters Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup dark chocolate chips
(Use vegan dark chocolate to keep the recipe fully vegan)1 tablespoon coconut oil
Fresh blueberries
(About 6 per cluster, or enough to generously top each chocolate base)Flaky sea salt, for finishing
Instructions
Prep the blueberries: Rinse and gently dry the blueberries using a clean towel or paper towels. Set aside.
Prepare your tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each, until fully melted and silky smooth.
Form the clusters: Spoon small circles of melted chocolate onto the parchment, spacing them a couple inches apart.
Add toppings: Press a few blueberries into each chocolate pool, then sprinkle with Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger and a pinch of flaky salt.
Chill: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.
Serve: Peel the clusters off the parchment and enjoy! Store extras in the fridge in an airtight container.
