Start your day with a pop of flavor—literally. These Yogurt & Granola Breakfast Popsicles are a refreshing twist on your usual bowl, combining creamy vanilla yogurt, crunchy Garden Granola®, and a touch of natural sweetness from date syrup or honey. Layer in mashed berries for a burst of color and fruit flavor, or keep it simple for a clean and nourishing treat. Perfect for busy mornings, lazy weekends, or even an afternoon snack, these pops are easy to prep, fun to eat, and totally customizable—with a vegan option, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or thick Coconut yogurt for vegan option)

  • mashed berries of choice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the granola with date syrup or honey until evenly combined.

  2. Divide the mixture evenly among six popsicle molds, filling each about one-third of the way. Press down gently.

  3. Fill the remaining space in each mold with yogurt, layering in mashed berries if desired.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks and cover the molds.

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  6. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release. Enjoy!
